Sarah Muscolino, Psy.D. Postdoctoral Resident
In life we often find ourselves overcoming obstacles. Sometimes we can conquer these hardships ourselves and other times we require some additional support. It can be intimidating seeking professional help, but know that you are not alone. I'm here to accompany you on this path, providing support and guidance as you work towards your healing and well-being.
As a collaborative and empathetic clinical psychologist, I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences together. Your journey is unique, and I am committed to tailoring our treatment approach to your individual needs. Diversity is important to me, and I value working with individuals from various backgrounds. This allows me to gain a deeper understanding of your unique experiences and tailor our sessions to be culturally sensitive and relevant.
Currently, I have my Psy.D in Clinical Psychology and am completing my post doctoral residency. I offer both psychotherapy and psychological assessment services. My approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, but I believe in an integrated approach that draws from various therapeutic modalities to best suit your needs. Your treatment will be customized to ensure a successful outcome, as I recognize that there's no one-size-fits-all solution in therapy. I have experience treating a wide range of issues, including trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and substance use disorders.
You have the option to choose between in-office sessions and virtual sessions, providing flexibility to accommodate your preferences and lifestyle. Together, we will embark on a journey towards self-discovery, healing, and growth. Remember, seeking professional help is a sign of strength, and I'm honored to be a part of your transformative process.
I work with adults and couples, and offer both in person and virtual sessions. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

Natalie Germoso, Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (MS., LAMFT., NCC.)
Hello! My name is Natalie and I am a graduate of Rutgers University–New Brunswick, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Upon graduation I began to work in an urban school setting, where I obtained valuable experience working with underprivileged youth as well as first-time mothers. During this time, I was able to gain valuable experience with concerns that commonly impact women including domestic violence, body issues, anxiety, depression, as well as post-partum, and low self-esteem.
I am also a graduate of Walden University’s Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy program, where I have received hands on training in integrative, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness therapy. While completing my graduate coursework I have gained tremendous exposure by working with both groups and individuals from a variety of backgrounds and different walks of life. These experiences have cultivated a general interest in how our experiences shape our worldview and in turn how we experience life.
I am a firm believer that there is not one single approach that works for everyone and I’m excited to explore these options with those who are seeking change. I understand that no matter how “big” or “small” an issue maybe be, seeking help can be extremely difficult and therefore use an approach that is direct-yet compassionate. My goal as a therapist-in-training is to create a non-judgmental environment where you feel safe, and supported. I believe in a working partnership in which a strength-based approach is met with adaptability and flexibility. I admire all prospective clients in taking the initial step in seeking therapeutic services and hope to be able to assist you on your journey.
I work with teens, adults, and couples and offer virtual sessions.

Hello! My name is Angela and I want to thank you for prioritizing your mental health and wellness. I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Adams State University. I also volunteer with the Crisis Text Line, a 24/7 free texting service, as a Crisis Counselor. I practice active listening and empathy to help texters deal with a range of issues from depression, anxiety, relationships issues, and suicidal ideation.
My power lies in my ability to listen to others with a non-judgmental ear as they discuss their struggles and hardships. It is rewarding to be able to serve others in this capacity.
I acknowledge that everyone will be in a different place in their lives, which affects their understanding of the world around them. I aim to instill in others that they have worth at every stage and encourage them to have compassion for themselves as they grow and heal.
Growth thrives in safe spaces, and I am passionate about creating a welcoming environment and maintaining a compassion-focused and client-centered interaction. Irmak Dagistanli, Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
I believe one of the most essential things in life is for a person to know themselves deeply. This is not exclusive to either the so-called “good” or “bad” parts of ourselves, but rather involves taking inventory of all parts to be able to see the whole picture accurately. Whether it be learning to trust others, setting stronger boundaries, or gaining more self-compassion, I will support you as you work towards growth that will transcend itself outside of the therapy session.
We will collaborate together to develop a treatment plan that works best for your needs, incorporating various elements of psychoeducation, mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and existential psychotherapy. My approach is straightforward yet warm, and I aim to cultivate a non-judgmental environment where you are encouraged to deeply explore your inner world.
I have experience working with groups and individuals of all ages and backgrounds, addressing issues of low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, and co-occurring addictions. Additionally, I have competency in third-cultural issues, understanding the complexities and nuances that come along with multicultural sensitivities.
I recognize taking this step might not be easy, and I really appreciate your courage. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards healing.
I work with teens, adults, and couples, and offers virtual therapy sessions.

Stacey Maloney, Biofield Tuning Practicioner
Hello! So lovely to meet you! My name is Stacey Maloney and I am biofield tuning practitioner and energy worker who will be offering my services at Turner Counseling and Wellness, starting January 2023.
Biofield Tuning is a powerful sound healing therapy that helps relieve mental, emotional, and physical stress. I use tuning forks to find disorder in the body’s energy systems and bring it back to order. The vibration of the forks corrects the flow of these energies in your body’s electromagnetic field and help restore equilibrium in your energetic body, which restores harmony in your physical and mental body. The tuning forks work like a needle on a record. It reads all the information in our biofield (aura) from pre-conception to today (including all your memories, emotions, subconscious imprints, and generational conditioning). This vibration brings coherence into your energetic body.
The root of emotional pain, physical pain, trauma, and disorders are unresolved emotions and energy trapped in our energetic fields. I use my hands and the vibration of tuning forks to manipulate energy into a more free-flowing state. Clients comment that they feel “lighter” after EVERY tuning fork session. Why? This is because the vibrations release energy blocks in the body, allowing the patient to feel lighter, because they are experiencing an emotional release on an energetic level!
Whether one has been dealing with trauma in their life or under extreme amounts of stress, we often live in a state of permanent fight or flight. Our nervous system is in constant emergency mode; we cannot stop doing and thinking or we completely shut down. It becomes impossible to relax and we act and feel as if we are always under attack.
I would like to introduce you to this wonderful healing technique and I would be honored to become part of your healing journey.
To schedule with Stacey, you can e-mail her at:
